Kim-iAAbout Kim
Kim is the friendly person that answers the Living Connected phone and replies to emails. But many of our clients and even some volunteers have never met her in real life. The way we are growing, Living Connected could not function without all the things she does behind the scenes. So here she is in her official iAccelerate head shot and at her website http://www.themessagetherapist.com.au/

Expanding South
We have found that keeping the map of our centres and partners up to date is a good way to let everyone see how and where we are growing.
As you can see in our current map we are planning to open new centres further south down the NSW coast as far as Bega. The University of Wollongong has a campus in Bega and the new Bega Valley Innovation Hub is a part of the iAccelerate Innovation Hub where we are based.  We hope to leverage off this connection to expand the Living Connected program in this area. We are looking for UOW Students in Bega to join us as volunteer helpers and engage aged-care providers in the Valley to find clients for us.

Expanding Home Service

As we open new Drop-in Centres and train local volunteers, we are advertising our service of Home Visits in the area.  These are becoming popular in the Eurobodalla Shire and we now have clients from Batemans bay to Narooma.

Remember all home visits are free in 2019

Research Underway

Following up from our last newsletter, Laura is ready now to collect data for the research into the value of the Living Connected program.  She will interview will clients at a couple of our Wollongong Drop-in Centre and then do some analysis and report her findings.
